Our personal itinerary developer will contact you few days before tours fo find out what you’re looking and whether we’re the right fit for each other, or you can set up your own custom itineraries and send to us by whatsApp or email.
We understand that your plans might be out of control so we allow you super easy, free of charge change & cancelations.
We never ask for deposit / down payment. to change or cancelation simply send us an email or chat us latest 10 hours before pick up scheduled, you can cancel some or all remaining days. Simply ask your driver or email. we will not charge any cancelation fee.
it’s our mission to keep our clients and our team happy, so we think 50% is fair for last minute cancelation.
